We write a short summary of your background and send it to employers hiring for what you want. They see your experience, never your name or contact details.
You pick who you meet
When an employer wants to meet you, we tell you who they are and what the role is. Say yes and we introduce you directly. Say no and nothing is shared.
Our promise to you
- Free for you, always. Employers pay us when they meet or hire someone.
- Your name stays private. Nothing that identifies you goes to an employer until you say yes.
- Only roles you asked for. We pitch you for the work you told us you want, nothing else.
- Out any time. Email us and we delete your details.

Frequently asked
Employers pay us. They pay a small fee when they choose to meet a candidate and a larger one if they hire. You never pay anything.
Employers only see an anonymous summary: your experience, skills and the kind of role you want. Your name, contact details and resume are shared only after you say yes to that specific employer. Tell us in the notes if there are companies you never want to be pitched to.
Mostly senior and specialist roles in engineering, sales, finance and operations, at startups and growing companies in Canada and the US. If we can't find a match right now, we keep you on file and pitch you as new roles open.
We read every submission. If we have employers hiring for what you want, we write your summary and start pitching. You hear from us when an employer wants to meet you.
